At 3DM Lifestyle, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original 3DM Lifestyle box and ensure all protective dust bags and inserts are included to avoid damage.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
